As Lori Basey and Sandy Orchard were in front of the multitudes, the realization came to them that this exact moment is what God had designed and orchestrated their lives for. Thousands were being saved, healed, and delivered. From childhood hobbies and experiences to university classes, this was a culmination of all of their life experiences. How did they get to this point?

Dr. Lori Basey, a native of Oklahoma, grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and Christian Life School of Theology with a Doctorate in Ministry. She has been practicing as a licensed and registered therapist in the State of Oklahoma since 1991. In the years following her graduation, she has specialized in acute psychiatric care including trauma counseling following the Oklahoma City bombing as well as the New York 911 disaster. She and her dentist husband, Tom, began participating on short-term mission trips in 1997 with their first trip to Jamaica. Since that time, Dr. Basey has been to a variety of countries including Israel, Honduras, Belize, Moldova, India, and Africa. During that same time, many hours were spent working in inner city settings with elderly, homeless, prostitutes, addicted, depressed, and oppressed populations. As an ordained minister, her most recent assignment has been in Sierra Leone, Africa, doing evangelism and inner healing with orphans, amputees, former sex slaves, and ex-rebel fighters.

Sandy Orchard was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She graduated from Point Loma College, in San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As a young child, reading National Geographic, she was intrigued by different countries and cultures. At the young age of 17 years, she began going on mission trips with her first trip to Guatemala. For the next 16 years, she traveled and experienced the different countries and cultures that she had previously only read about as a child. Throughout the following years, she continued going on mission trips with a 3 year commitment on a hospital ship. She has been to numerous countries around the world, witnessing miracles through both medicine and healings. God has led her to continue her work in Sierra Leone, where she was ordained as a minister. When not working in Africa, she participates in inner city ministry through worship and evangelism and shares her views of the world through writing.

We want to intimately know God, destroy the works of the devil, and make a long lasting and eternal difference by bringing the healing of Christ to the devastated man, woman or child.
