Dr. Lori Basey - President,
Co-founder and
Interim Executive Director

Dr. Tom Basey, Dental Director. As an University of Oklahoma graduate, he has been practicing dentistry since 1994. Dr. Tom and Dr. Lori have been married since 1991. They began their mission travels in 1997 and desire to affect and change the world with the healthcare background that they have been given.

Sandra Orchard – Vice President and Co-founder

Amanda Davis – Children and Youth Outreach Director. As Davis grew up in the OKC area, she worked with children and youth. In 2008, she went on her first mission trip to Mexico where her love for kids grew even more. In January 2009, God called her to the nations to work with His children.

Debi Mangrum-Justice Dept/Outreach Director and Project Coordinator for THE WELL, Democratic Republic of Congo. A native Oklahoman, Debi has been called to the area of rescue and restoration of God’s daughters–women that have been trapped in the “sex industry” through human trafficking and prostitution. God’s precise navigation of her life leads her to be the hands and feet of Christ, in some of the darkest places in the world.

She also serves as one of THE WELL’s project  leaders working in DRC, Africa with a primary school, clinic, and a women’s association (working with single mothers and victims of sexual violence). The work involves community focused projects, initiated by the local people.

Mary McFarland - Spiritual Care Pastor and Co-Director of The Well, Democratic Republic of Congo. Born and raised in Texas and a graduate of Texas A & M, McFarland is Co-Founder of THE WELL (NBI’s Congo division), which offers hope and healing to the under-served people in Democratic Republic of Congo and provides support for community based initiatives with this shared purpose. Locally, her calling is to pastor the mission teams of NBI with the aspiration of encouraging and undergirding people to wholeheartedly serve the Lord.

Fred Meador - Project Director

Mary Meador – Intercessory Prayer Coordinator

Brittany Oltersdorf - Intern Coordinator. Native of Colorado, Brittany became a Christian in college and subsequently attended the Iris Ministries School of Missions in Mozambique, Africa. Both Brittany and Isaac then served 2 years at the Iris/NBI Sierra Leone, Africa base where they passionately ministered to children, street boys, and former child soldiers.

Isaac Oltersdorf – Director, No Boundaries International House of Prayer. Husband of Brittany, Isaac’s passion is to wholeheartedly worship Jesus while encouraging others to discover that same joy. His gift for writing and teaching is well utilized in his pastoral role at NBI.

Tabithia Scantlin – Administrative Assistant and Worship Leader. Scantlin was born and raised in Edmond, OK. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2011 with a degree in special education. She has always had a love of music but has never pursued it until recently.

Debby Wong RN, BSN – Staff Nurse, Intercessory Prayer, and Asia Coordinator. Born in Hong Kong, China, Debby immigrated to the US at the age of 19 where she later graduated from nursing school at Tabor College in Wichita, KS. Now a permanent resident of the US, Debby is using her many skills to expand NBI’s spiritual influence in  bases around the world.

Tim Harder- Discipleship Director.

Originally from Wichita, KS, Tim has spent time leading a small house of prayer in his hometown, interning at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, and training with Heidi Baker and Iris Ministries in Mozambique. His life’s desire is to be a faithful friend of God’s heart, and to lay down his life in prayer and in service to help others find their identity and their destiny in the heart of God.

Tim’s vision in serving and ministering is to raise up people connected with God’s heart… who stand before Him with a holy confidence and love Him with a fiery passion, because they know His heart toward them as individuals… and who live and pray with urgency, persistency and authority, because they know His heart for men and for nations.
